When I first heard Hollywood was remaking possibly my favorite foreign movies I was kind of bummed because the originals are so good. After seeing the trailer I can’t wait, pretty excited that now Blomkvist is looking more like the bad MFer he should be thanks to Daniel Craig. It seems Director David Finchermay have speed up the action a bit and DP Jeff Cronenweth made this thing look amazing. Click the image above or go to dragontattoo.com to see the trailer and full poster art, both of which are awesome.
Wether you like Transformers or not you have to at least appreciate that Michael Bay makes crazy shit. It’s also cool to that even in a heavy CG movie he is doing as much live action and stunts as possible.
I was thinking about some of the works that I relate to in many ways the other day and it reminded me of an artist that Chris introduced me to, Oliver De Sagazan, sculptor and performer. This is a very poetic and beautifully primitive, moving performance piece which stirs much emotion. Take a look at more of his work http://nefdesfous.free.fr

Went by Digital Gravel today to eat lunch and converse about business, fashion, film, time travel, origins/fate of culture, and of course some conspiracy theories. I was informed they are keeping the 50 % Off Sale going a little bit longer. I saw a lot of cool inventory still left so be sure to grab some new gear for cheap at digitalgravel.com while it lasts.
